Thank you for enrolling in WOW Academy programs and workshops.

No Refund Policy

All payments made for workshops, online courses, training sessions, and summer camp programs are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed.

Exceptional Situations

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment made accidentally
• Payment deducted but registration not confirmed
• Technical issues preventing access to the program

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Workshop Transfers

WOW Academy reserves the right to reschedule workshops or provide alternative batches if required.
